I am also a classically trained musician so that might have some bearing on things. Not to mention the fact that my current lifestyle demands a discipline that I might otherwise not hold myself to. I am impressed by your balance, though, and frankly not suprised by your mom's.

My left brain is 10 and my right brain is 7. I wouldn't say I'm balanced, but at least I'm not IMbalanced. ;0)

Maybe she used to be off the chart right-brained, but then she spent too much time around you, and you pulled her to the middle. :p

I bet Leonardo Da Vinci was left-brained. So I don't know that ALL artistic-type people have to be right-brained. I figure being balanced isn't a bad thing, because I sort of get to be both. (Or neither, but I choose to look at it the other way.)

After analyzing her response, she is disappointed that she came out as balanced as she did. She wants to be more right brained than she is. She wants to be more artistic, more free, more talent in the arts, a musician, maybe a painter, interior designer. Wants to be a book reviewer/commentator. But, she is too balanced for these!

Mom scored 6 left, 7 right. I figured she would be off the chart on right brained. But she is almost as balanced as you! I'm the unbalanced one!
