I'm a twenty-something film buff, music fan, internet addict, television nut, and gamer girl. That's what I usually put in for short bios. I've never actually written a full about page before, so we'll see how this goes.

Currently I live in Los Angeles. I moved here for the low cost of living. Somehow that's not working out so well. Actually, I moved here to be in a big city with plenty of stuff to do. My grad school town of Waco, Texas, wasn't doing much for me there. I needed lots of film stuff, lots of music stuff, and lots of warm, preferably dry, weather. LA met all the criteria, and so far it's been awesome; can't imagine why people want to live anywhere else.

I'm currently between jobs, and in search of a full-time position, preferably in web content management - something where I can use both my skills in writing/editing and knowledge of html and css. Anything else in an office, though, I can probably do and would be interested in at this point. I'm an office WHIZ. If you're looking for someone with experience working with WordPress and other CMSes, who can throw together html and css without any problem and can hack her way through php and javascript when necessary, who can make basically any written content sound better, and is proficient in using just about every social media service out there for fun and promotion, I might be your girl!
